Taylor Swift pulled up courtside to Madison Square Garden with two of the three HAIM sisters and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star Mariska Hargitay to cheer on the New York Knicks to the biggest comeback in NBA Finals history on Wednesday night (June 10). However, Knicks radio analyst Monica McNutt questioned Swift’s loyalty to the NYK. McNutt’s play-by-play broadcast partner Tyler Murray was looking to snap a photo of Swift below, but she wasn’t having it. “She’s not a Knicks fan. Get out of here, girl,” she scoffed at the pop star. The clip quickly went viral on social media as the Swifties came to the pop superstar’s defense. “Always unfortunate when women are bitter about other women for no reason,” one person wrote on X. Billboard has reached out to Swift’s rep for comment. McNutt addressed the backlash to her comment in an Instagram Stories video of her talking to a reporter about the viral clip on Thursday morning (June 11). “Swifties, I appreciate your passion. I said what I said,” the Knicks radio analyst said. “Here’s the deal, if I’m wrong — I am wrong, apparently.” Perhaps Swift was also getting an early look at her rumored wedding venue , as the “Bad Blood” singer, actress and HAIM sisters all fittingly rocked custom Knicks shirts that read “Stevie Knicks,” “Knickleback” and “Knickole Kidman.” The “I Knew It, I Knew You” singer also attended a game in Cleveland with fiancé Travis Kelce when the Knicks took on the Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference Finals in May. Regardless, Swift seemed to be having a blast at the game, as the Knicks came roaring back from 29 points down to complete the largest comeback in NBA Finals history to defeat the Spurs 107-106. The scene switches to San Antonio for game five as the Knicks will look to clinch the franchise’s first championship in 53 years with a win on Saturday night (June 13).
