Getty Milania Giudice has been arrested. The 20-year-old daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice was arrested in May and charged with simple assault in New Jersey, according to court records. The Montville Township Municipal Court case is marked as active, and filed under “domestic violence/confidential.” She was reportedly arrested on May 14 and charged with purposely or knowingly causing bodily injury, an offense categorized as a disorderly persons offense under New Jersey law, per TMZ. Court records do not identify an alleged victim, and additional details surrounding the charge have not been made public. Milania is one of Teresa ‘s four daughters with ex Joe Giudice , who was deported from the United States. Meanwhile, sister Gia Giudice was taking her dad’s legal issues into her own hands as of last year. The 25-year-old Next Gen NYC star previously planned to specialize in immigration law. While she’s pivoted her career plans to stay on reality TV instead, she’s not done trying to help dad with his deportation case. The R eal Housewives of New Jersey is officially returning for Season 15.
