Getty Jack Quaid is dishing on his recent wedding! The 34-year-old The Boys star tied the knot with his co-star Claudia Doumit back in April, and while appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live! this week, he revealed more details about their big day. “It happened,” he told Jimmy Kimmel . “I’m so happy about it.” “We had it in Sydney, Australia, my wife Claudia , she’s Aussie so we had it all the way out there,” Jack dished, before joking, “I did the research. We’re the very first co-stars to ever get married. It’s never happened before. We’re pioneers, Jimmy ! It’s crazy, it’s never happened.” Jimmy then asked if weddings were the same in Australia or if there are different customs there. “I mean, ours was. Half of her family is Lebanese and a thing they like to do in their weddings is, uh, you know, it was the beginning of the reception, we’re coming into the big tent and we had a guy, I told none of the Americans this, they were very confused,” he explained. “I had a guy with a big drum and then we came out, music played, Claudia ‘s Lebanese relatives, all of her relatives, they got up, they lifted us up on their shoulders. It was amazing. The Americans were very confused but very game.” “And if I had one note from my wedding is that people got too amped too fast. Like because of the drums it was like, we were begging people to sit down and eat dinner,” Jack said. “I remember I had friends coming up to my table being like, ‘I don’t know what’s happening, but I love you!’ It was, it was great. It was really good. But it was it was okay, ’cause towards the end of the wedding this was my contribution. We had a mechanical bull.” Why was there a mechanical bull? “Just for fun,” Jack shared. “It was great. So many people did it. I did it. I somehow didn’t split my pants. It was wonderful. If you want people’s energy to get out in like a different way, mechanical bull for the wedding. I really recommend it.” Even Claudia joined in on the mechanical bull fun! “I have an amazing shot of her like full wedding dress on a mechanical bull. It was amazing,” the actor said. Jack added that the older folks also rode the bull, and to his knowledge, “No one was hurt or injured. There was this weird montage of like everyone in my life on the mechanical bull. It’s very surreal. We were like, ‘Oh, I went to high school with him. There he goes. Very cool.'” The Boys star said it was a good split between who attended the wedding, and even several of their co-stars were in attendance, including Karl Urban, Colby Minifie and Nathan Mitchell .
