Messages from a Snapchat group thread submitted as evidence show that the defendants encouraged other frat brothers to join them at the time and place of the alleged assault. The university is also named in the suit, with Jane Doe alleging that Cornell failed to protect her or deliver justice after she initially brought her allegations to school officials two years ago.
