Rosalía has hit a lot of career highs over the past year, including her LUX album debuting at No. 1 on five different Billboard charts at once last November and being named Woman of the Year at the 2026 Billboard Latin Women in Music event. Rosalía admitted that the shout-out was “insane” and “mind-blowing,” because, she said, “when I was a kid I used to hear his songs,” before busting into the chorus of U2’s 1987 Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit “With Or Without You.” “It’s amazing,” she added. In addition to crushing it in a game of charades with fellow guest Tate McRae and talking about many celebrity confessionals on her LUX tour, the singer discussed her upcoming gig on Saturday Night Live this weekend with host comedian Shane Gillis. She said that, unlike when she’s on tour, she’s had time to explore New York this week during SNL rehearsals, including waking up on Sunday and deciding she wanted to go to the Abyssinian Baptist Church in Harlem. So, she woke early, showered, did her makeup, put on perfume, oils, moisturizers and her “church heels” to go with her capri
