Comedian and singer Randy Rainbow didn’t hold back when needling health secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Donald Trump over the administration’s Make American Healthy Again movement. Rainbow released another song parody video on Tuesday, which saw him reference Jay-Z’s “99 Problems” while jabbing RFK Jr. “This just in, RFK Jr. has 99 million problems and a b—h ain’t one,” he says to kick off the clip on the set of a news broadcast. Randy Rainbow’s news broadcast turned into his stage, as he performed a remixed version of “Adelaide’s Lament” from the Broadway musical Guys and Dolls targeting RFK Jr. and the Trump administration’s public health polices and healthcare legislation. “With chronic small penisitis clinically full of sh– infecting the upper federal healthcare ranks/ In other words, when a jerk gets a job he’s profoundly unfit to hold/ A country can develop a cold/ You could wind up in tears from his Tylenol theories and fluoride bans/ While his evidence shows pesticidal exposure might turn you trans/ With the agencies trying to save us from dying in shaky hands, a country can develop a cold,” he sings. Rainbow continued to jab the secretary of health as his primary opposition throughout the parody song. “Now I’m low on antidepressants and scared to digest my food/ How I wish Cheryl Hines would make him resign and improve my mood/ But the worms in his brain clearly drove him insane and now we’re all screwed/ The country can develop la sh–s from all these nitwits,” he belts. Kennedy Jr. isn’t a new target for Rainbow. Last December, he took aim at RFK Jr. with a separate parody of John Kander’s Cabaret musical, but he’s continuing to turn up the heat on the Trump administration heading into the 2026 General Midterm Election. Randy Rainbow is also currently on his National Freakin’ Treasure tour, which hits Olympia, Wash., on Thursday (Oct. 15), Bellingham, Wash., on Friday (Oct. 16) and has a pair of shows slated for this weekend in Palm Desert, Calif.
