Getty Images Donald Trump gave Nicki Minaj a very public shoutout during a White House Rose Garden luncheon on Monday (July 6). While speaking at the event, the 80-year-old President praised the 43-year-old rapper in front of the crowd, saying, “We also have a woman that is so respected and so hot and so great and such a great friend of, I don’t say conservative, I say of common sense.” “She’s a fantastic person and she’s a woman that’s respected by everybody and she’s got real talent: Nicki Minaj ,” he continued. Trump then asked Nicki to “stand up, please,” while calling her “such a great person and respected by everybody.” He praised her again later in the luncheon, mentioning Nicki while discussing the Small Business Administration “ Nicki Minaj is so incredible. They call it small business, Nicki , but when you add it up, it’s bigger than any back in the world, probably, right?” Trump said. “It’s not small business, but she’s done fantastically and I appreciate it.” Afterward, Nicki updated fans on her visit and used the hashtag “WhiteHouseBarbie” across her posts.
