Getty A whole roster of celebrities are joining the cast of Shark Tank for Season 18. The entrepreneurial reality TV show confirmed that YouTube superstar MrBeast , Mindy Kaling , J.J. Watt , Erin Foster , Sara Foster and Steven Bartlett will all appear as guests in the upcoming season alongside the regular panel of Sharks to decide which businesses deserve investments. There’s also been a casting shakeup, with Kendra Scott and Rashaun Williams being promoted from recurring to permanent Sharks. Longtime sharks Barbara Corcoran , Lori Greiner , Robert Herjavec , Daymond John , Daniel Lubetzky and Kevin O’Leary remain on the panel. MrBeast will appear with the CEO of Beast Industries, Jeffrey Housenbold . Mindy brings her media mogul experience, while NFL star J.J. has his own business and philanthropy portfolio. The Foster sisters co-founded Favorite Daughter , while Steven hosts The Diary of a CEO podcast as well as appearing on the similar British series, Dragons’ Den . “This is like the NFL Draft… I don’t have to go through 10,000 pitch decks to narrow it down to 10 companies. They do it for me. I get to sit next to people who are entrepreneurs and some of the best investors in the country, asking questions that I don’t get to ask. And I get to see the reaction of entrepreneurs after I invest, which I’ve never seen before. And I sometimes cry, and I’m emotional about it, and I mean, this is a platform that I can take the financial literacy that I’ve been teaching for 25 years to the masses, because I love to teach, but the way my bank account is set up, I can’t afford to be a teacher, so now I get to do both,” Rashaun told TV Insider. The exact premiere date for Shark Tank Season 18 has not been announced by ABC, but the new season will air on Wednesday nights this fall. New episodes will be made available on Hulu.
