Getty Britney Spears ‘ son Jayden James Federline is responding to fan curiosity about whether or not his mom will ever return to music. During an Instagram Live session late Monday night (August 3), Jayden , 19, was asked his thoughts on the possibility of Britney reigniting her music career. “I don’t know guys. I don’t know, I don’t know,” he said, ending the live not long after. Jayden ‘s response does not confirm or deny anything, but the ambiguity of it has fans running wild with theories on social media, as some people wonder if there is a genuine chance she will make new music in the near future. Britney Spears previously said she hopes to perform with her son “very soon” The 44-year-old “Gimme More” singer previously said on Instagram that she would “never perform in the U.S. again because of extremely sensitive reasons,” but she did hope to someday “be sitting on a stool with a red rose in my hair, in a bun, performing with my son… in the UK and AUSTRALIA very soon.” She continued, “He’s a huge star and I’m so humbled to be in his presence!!! God speed, little man!!!” Jayden is pursuing his own music career Jayden relocated back to Los Angeles from Hawaii to pursue a career in music production. Britney has reportedly been helping him by connecting Jayden with some of the producers she knows. Jayden also previously addressed the “ridiculous” rumors that his mom is a clone .
