The jokey clip features comedians Rob Riggle and Rob Huebel as bumbling bosses, with Tony Hawk, Michael Peña, Giovanni Ribisi, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Jay Renshaw playing the band.

Weezer announced the dates for their 2026-2027 international tour in support of their upcoming self-titled album, Weezer: The Gathering, on Wednesday morning (Aug. 5). The outing is slated to kick off on Sept. 8 at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, Calif., followed by shows in San Francisco, Portland, Vancouver, Seattle, Denver, Chicago, Detroit, Toronto, Boston, Philadelphia, Brooklyn and Milwaukee, with the North American leg slated to wrap up on Oct. 24 with a sold out show at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. The outing in support of the LP due out on Aug. 21 via Reprise/Warner Records, will then hop over to Japan in February, followed by a run of European shows in Ireland, the U.K., France, Amsterdam, Norway and Sweden before winding down on June 1 at Veikkaus in Helsinki, Finland; Taking Back Sunday will open the overseas shows, with The Shins and Silvesun Pickups supporting on the 32 North American shows. The veteran band also released a video for the new album’s uptempo rocker “C.E.O.,” directed by Brendan Walter and Jasper Graham that has a pair of meddling, dopey suits (played by comedians Rob Riggle and Rob Huebel) suggesting shopworn ideas for the song’s visual, including re-creating their breakthrough 1994 visual for “Undone — The Sweater Song.” “Cranking out another ’90s jam/ Wish I could do something new/ But nobody wants to hear that/ They just want the classics,” singer Rivers Cuomo deadpan talk-sings at the top of the tune that initially sounds like “The Sweater Song” before it explodes into one of the group’s classic quiet-loud-quiet tones. Midway through, the man helming the shoot ( Obsession director Curry Barker) says the whole set-up isn’t working and basically fires Weezer from their own video. He brings in replacements, including actors Michael Peña, Giovanni Ribisi and Christopher Mintz-Plasse, as well as skating legend Tony Hawk, with Jay Renshaw (aka Chit from The Chit Show ) taking over for Cuomo while the real band goes outside to play Hacky Sack. Fans can join the Weezer Fan Club for first access to tickets on Tuesday (Aug. 11) at 4 a.m. ET. U.K. tickets can be snagged by pre-ordering the album from the Weezer webstore before 3 p.m. BST on Monday (Aug. 10) to get access to the Aug. 11 presale at 10 a.m. BST.
