Getty Paul Rudd is speaking out on his ageless appearance amid people questioning if he’s had any work done. The 57-year-old actor, who is currently promoting his new movie Power Ballad , appeared on Jake Shane ‘s podcast Therapuss this week. Jake asked, “Are you vegan?” When Paul said he isn’t, the 26-year-old host asked, “So, then why don’t you age?” “I do!” Paul replied. Jake said, “You don’t!” Paul then said, “You’re kind for saying that, but I really do.” Jake asked if Paul has done botox and the actor replied, “No. Look at my face.” He then lifted his eyebrows to show the creases in his forehead, which Jake said were minimal. How does Paul Rudd look so ageless? Back in 2023, Paul told Men’s Health that the secret to his appearance is sleep. “People ask me, ‘Can you send me your meal plan? How many times a week do you work out? Do you drink? Do you eat carbs? Do you have a cheat day?’ The most important part of training is sleep,” Paul said at the time. “People will set their alarm and then sleep for four hours and they’ll get up so that they can train. They’re doing themselves a disservice.
