Backgrid David Corenswet is back in his Superman suit! The second Superman film in the franchise will be titled Man of Tomorrow and it will hit theaters on July 9, 2027. It has been filming for weeks now! The 32-year-old actor was photographed rigged up to some wires on Monday (June 1) in Atlanta, Georgia. James Gunn , the film’s writer and director, was also seen on location. All of the photos from yesterday’s filming can be seen in the gallery of this post below. In Man of Tomorrow , Superman and Lex Luthor are set to team up as they against a new villain – Brainiac, played by Lars Eidinger .
