=LOVE’s “Koi, Hajimemashita.” rises to No. 1 on the Billboard Japan Hot 100 , on the chart released Sep. 2. The title track of the group’s 21st single, released Aug. 26, launched with 503,043 copies to mark the group’s first-ever half-million opening week. The song topped sales while landing at No. 8 for video views and No. 9 for streaming, with the overall point total growing 385% week-over-week. RIIZE’s “Sunburst” bows at No. 2. The title track of the group’s third Japanese single made an immediate impact in its chart debut, coming in at No. 2 for both physical sales and radio airplay. EBiDAN’s “Yes! Tokyo” holds at No. 3, continuing to rule video and the multiple member-group “taiken nyūgaku” versions still charting. Last week’s No. 1, TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s “Setsuna Hanabi,” falls to No. 4. Overall points dropped to 48% of last week’s total but the track holds within the top 5. MORE STAR’s “Summer Go!!” debuts at No. 5. The double A-side debut single by the new ASOBISYSTEM girl group dropped Aug. 26, moving 88,280 copies to hit No. 3 for sales. Rounding out the top 10, Mrs. GREEN APPLE’s “Brand New” follows at No. 6, M!LK’s “Sukisugite Metsu!” at No. 7, M!LK’s “Bakuretsu Aishiteru” at No. 8, Spitz’s “Mishiranu Ito” at No. 9, and ILLIT’s “It’s Me” at No. 10 — the upper reaches of the chart largely mirroring last week’s lineup. Motoki Ohmori’s “Haiiro” enters at No. 12. The latest solo track by the Mrs. GREEN APPLE frontman is the theme song for the film Hakucho to Komori and hit No. 1 for downloads. Kenshi Yonezu’s “IRIS OUT” reaches its 50th chart week at No. 13, underscoring the track’s sustained staying power. TAKARA’s “Akarui Yume” debuts at No. 16. The new track by the duo born from the audition program No No Girls topped radio. Among returning titles, ILLIT’s “I Got Your Back” climbs 27-20 and Fuji Fabric’s “Wakamono no Subete” 43-27 this week.
