The new song is part of somewhat of a busy stretch for the singer, especially this past summer. Her previous single, “Let Me,” hit No. 1 on Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart in June, giving Monét another chart-topping moment following the success of her Jaguar projects. And if the new album has you wondering what it’ll sound like live, Monét won’t be keeping fans waiting long. The Frequency of Love Tour starts in North Carolina before moving through cities including New Orleans, Houston, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, Toronto, New York, D.C., Nashville, Austin, Phoenix and San Diego. She’ll play the YouTube Theater in Inglewood, Calif., on Dec. 8 before heading to Las Vegas, Seattle and more before wrapping up in San Francisco on Dec. 17. Citi and Verizon presales begin Sept. 14 at 8 a.m. local time, with the artist presale following at 11 a.m. local time. General onsale begins Sept. 16 at 10 a.m. local time. The tour announcement comes after Monét spent part of the summer playing some seriously big rooms. She joined Bruno Mars as a special guest on the European and U.K. leg of The Romantic Tour, performing in sold-out stadiums in Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Madrid, Milan and London. But the Frequency of Love era isn’t only about the music. Monét is also launching the Frequency of Love Foundation, a youth-focused initiative designed to give children greater access to education surrounding food, agriculture, cooking and wellness. Fans heading to her shows will be able to add $1 to their ticket purchase to support the foundation’s community garden programs. See the full list of tour dates below. View this post on Instagram
