Beloved Dutch trio Noisia are reuniting after seven years apart. The group — Nik Roos, Martijn van Sonderen and Thijs de Vlieger — announced Thursday (Sept. 17) that they’re reforming the project. A press release about the reunion notes that after spending the last seven years focused on their respective solo projects, the three guys missed “the exchange of ideas between them, and the feedback loop that begins when their music meets a crowd.” Related Noisia Disbanding After 20 Years, Trio Announces Final Tour: ‘It Is Never The Right Time’ Tinashe Has One Rule Before Agreeing to Be an Opening Act: Here's Why Harry Styles Made the Cut Prince Royce Speaks Out About Omission of Bachata in 2026 Latin Grammys Nominations: 'It's About Representation' Crowds won’t have to wait too long to see them again, as Noisia will play its first show back on Dec. 4 at Amsterdam’s Melkweg, where they played during their farewell tour, which extended into 2022 due to the pandemic.
